Xiaorou SeeU: Xishi Jiangnan Girl Skin (China Dress Style)
It is a two-piece outfit with a qipao-style blouse on top and a skirt on the bottom. The upper garment can be said to be a Chinese dress with the components of qipao.
I think this is the first time I’ve seen frilly mandarin collar. The flared sleeves also have a Western feel to it.
